About These Terms and Conditions
In these Terms and Conditions "we" and "us" mean Adorn Wedding Invitations and "you" means you the customer. These Terms and Conditions together with your Order constitute the entire Contract between us and you for the supply of Products. No other Terms and Conditions will apply. Legal Capacity to Transact
If you are under the age eighteen (18) years you cannot place orders with Adorn Wedding Invitations. By accepting these Terms and Conditions you acknowledge that you are over the age of eighteen (18) years. Should Adorn Wedding Invitations suffer any damage or other losses as a result of a transaction entered into by a minor, Adorn Wedding Invitations reserves the right to seek compensation for such losses from the parents or guardians of the minor who caused any order(s) to be placed with Adorn Wedding Invitations.
Placing Your Order
You may place an Order by filling in the Order Form on the Adorn Wedding Invitations Web Site and clicking the "Submit Order" button. When you place your Order, we will issue you with an Order Number. We will do this by email. By placing an Order, you make an offer to us to purchase the Products you have selected based on these Terms and Conditions. Information contained on the Adorn Wedding Invitations website constitutes an invitation to treat. No information on our website constitutes or should be deemed as an offer by us to supply any Products, however Adorn Wedding Invitations will make every effort to supply Products to you. We will notify you that your order is being processed by sending you an Order Confirmation and tax invoice via email, however, we do not formally accept your offer until your order has passed our internal validation procedures for verifying the bona fides of each order placed, for the purpose of preventing credit card or payment fraud. We will confirm acceptance of your order when we send you an email confirming shipment of the goods you have ordered. If we cannot process or accept your Order after payment is received, we will contact you by email or telephone.
Placing Orders with Guest Names
There will be an additional fee applied to your order to cover the extra labor involved for guest name printing.
Please be aware that orders featuring guest names will be printed using a flat digital printing method this is because we are unable to print guest names using the thermography (raised ink) process – not only on your guest names.
Adorn Invitations will supply an additional 5% of the quantity ordered at no cost for all guest name printing orders. This is to cover for any issues that may occur during production and transit. These extra invitations will be printed with your provided wording and excluding the guest names. A line will be left in where you can hand write guest names.
By supplying additional invites, Adorn Invitations will not process reprints for claims accounting for invitations within the 5% quantity. If you proceed to print guest names on your invitations, you agree to use the additional invitations as substitutes.
The working of checking the 'confirm the design' is based on fitting wording, fixing grammatical or spelling errors and/or editing the font size. You can demand to edit/change the layout of the card through this process. We produce exactly the same format of which is on the last version of proofs finalized by you. Proof approval is the sole responsibility of the customer including grammatical and spelling errors. The printing process starts after you make the payment and we receive your confirmation on the design.
Payment Methods and Processing
Adorn Wedding Invitations currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, Paypal. We process credit card payments after you click the "Submit Order" button. For credit card payments we will email a tax invoice to you with your Order Confirmation. Your tax invoice is your proof of purchase.
Debit cards and cheque cards have daily spending limits that may substantially delay the processing of your order. You may be required to provide further identification for additional security reference checks.
A sample card is a card which has a sample wording on it/or not printed at all. We have this option so that you get an understanding of how the physical card looks and feels to gauge aspects such as quality of paper or card design etc. However, the sample card will not match the cards you would receive upon the completion of your order as the writing will be personalised. We cannot send you a sample card with your own information and design. The sample cards orders are non-refundable.
Adorn Wedding Invitations always seeks to list Products with the most competitive prices (all prices are in Pounds). Adorn Wedding Invitations reserves the right to change prices for Products displayed at Adorn Wedding Invitations at any time.
Supply of Your Products
Subject to these Terms and Conditions, we will supply to you the Products indicated on your Order Confirmation. When your Order items have been dispatched we will email you to confirm shipment of each item including a tracking number for each item.
Delivery of Your Products
Production typically takes 4-6 business days for printed invitations after the digital proof has been confirmed. Delivery time varies according to your physical location in the US. We use DHL to deliver your goods and require the shipping address you use to have a person available to sign for the goods during normal business hours. Adorn Wedding Invitations makes every effort to deliver your Product according to the estimated delivery times provided above. The estimated delivery times are in business days (Monday through Friday) excluding Public holidays. Although every effort is made to ship your Order according to the estimated delivery times provided, estimated shipping times may change due to changes in supply or circumstances beyond our control. If your Product has not arrived after the estimated delivery time, please contact us.
Unless otherwise agreed by us, we will deliver your Products to the address indicated on your Order Confirmation. If no-one is available to take delivery of your Products, DHL will contact you via phone three times before contacting Adorn Wedding Invitations to seek alternative contact information. We will use our reasonable efforts to deliver your Products to you within the estimated delivery time indicated on your Order Confirmation; however, we do not guarantee that we will deliver within this time frame. Title and risk of loss to all Products will pass to you on delivery.
All international orders are dispatched via DHL which takes between 2-4 days. Shipping times vary depending on your location. Our international shipping fee is between $10 and $20. To view more pricing information, please visit the Shipping category in our FAQ pages. Please be aware that additional charges through your country's tax may be applied. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We are unable to reimburse any costs incurred regardless of the circumstances.
Under the Adorn Wedding Invitations Limited Warranty we may credit "Your Account" with a Refund Credit from time to time. Adorn Wedding Invitations will only provide Refund Credits under the Terms and Conditions detailed under "Your Rights To Return A Product". Where a Refund Credit is used towards the payment of a Product (or Products): There may be an outstanding balance due on the Product; and you must thereafter pay any outstanding balance due on the Product by Visa or MasterCard. We will only redeem Refund Credits by a cheque sent to your mailing address.
Your Rights To Return A Product
We understand that special circumstances, such as a venue or date change, may occur. If you are faced with these special circumstances, please consider one of the following options. If you approve a proof that has a textual error and the order is in the printing, shipping or delivery stages, you must reorder the items in order to amend the error. We will extend a 20%-40% off discount to reorders of this type, call us and we can provide a promotional code to help offset this expense. No refunds, credit or replacements are offered if you have changed your mind about the product or have made an incorrect choice when placing an Order. No refund will be provided if you made errors in spelling or text.
Damaged in Transit
A Adorn Wedding Invitations Product is considered Damaged or Faulty when it is discovered to be damaged or broken when first taken from its packaging. A Adorn Wedding Invitations Customer Service member will provisionally determine whether the Product is damaged. The quickest way to do this is to send an email with a couple of digital photos of the damage attached. Where a Product is provisionally determined as damaged we will arrange to replace the Product. Refunds will only be offered where a replacement Product cannot be provided. Where Adorn Wedding Invitations has provisionally determined that a Product is damaged, return shipping will be arranged at the expense of Adorn Wedding Invitations. If the Product is deemed by Customer Services NOT to be damaged, Adorn Wedding Invitations may in its absolute discretion refuse to replace the Product or offer you a refund for the Product. When a Product is replaced, your replacement Product becomes your property and the returned damaged Product becomes our property. When a refund is given, the returned damaged Product becomes our property. If the condition of the Product was misrepresented to us by the customer, Adorn Wedding Invitations will impose a $15 handling and administration fee.
Limited timeframe to claim product return
You have 14 days to notify Adorn Wedding Invitations of an issue regarding a delivery. Please open and inspect your invitations in detail and notify us immediately if there are any issues. Claims outside of the 14 days’ period will not be considered.
We advise that while every care is taken in images produced on our site actual shades may vary on different screen monitors. We recommend that a sample be purchased prior to placing an order. In addition, shade variations occasionally occur in different stock batch lots. We recommend that you order all required items at the same time to ensure no batch variations occur. We ensure to the customers about the design and shade of the cards, however, there might be a possibility that in future there could be a slight change in the colour and texture of the cards. There might be a possibility of difference in shade between the actual colour of card and the image shown on the website. As these images are in JPEG format, the colour depends on the resolution of the computer monitors.
Please review carefully the product customisation and printing capabilities prior to placing an order.
Order cancelation will not be accepted after the approval of digital proofs, whilst in production.
Should you request to cancel the order after commencing the digital proofing stage, customers will be liable for design layout cost of $25.00 per digital proof created.
Refunds and returns
Adorn Invitations will provide a refund or reprint the product at our own cost under these following circumstances:
Production error - including faulty printwork such as blurred lettering, insufficient ink application or incorrect hand assembly.
The layout/ product wording is different from the latest digital proof that has been approved by customer. Full liability for final proofreading lies solely with the customer, and Adorn Invitations will only take responsibility for the cost of the reprint if the printed artwork is different than the final, approved digital proof, irrespective of the previous drafts and edit requests by customers.
Product delivered is different from the one ordered.
If a Product contains an error, misprint or any other issues as stipulated above which are directly the fault of Adorn Wedding Invitations, and the claim has been made within 14 days we will provide a reprint at no cost to your or refund the purchase cost of the products. To be eligible for refund or reprint, customer must first return the defective product to us.
We will make arrangements with you for the return of the Product through DHL, regular shipment. The delivery time for replacing the product will be the same as stated for the original product. Replacement Products are provided with the same Warranty as the returned Product.
Adorn Invitations will provide a reprint of the product at our own cost under these following circumstances:
If the quantity of the products delivered is lower than ordered and paid for, Adorn will reprint and deliver the balance.
Adorn Invitations will NOT provide a full refund or resupply its services at no cost, under the following circumstances:
Delays in delivery that are the responsibility of DHL or independent courier/ freight companies.
Colour discrepancy - as per our terms and conditions colour variations from the proof and/ or sample received may occur, due to the nature of print production techniques. Unless the colour variation is outside of the reasonable acceptance threshold (up to 20% change in colour tone) no refund/ reprint will be provided.
We highly recommend all customers order samples of our invitations before placing an order to ensure you are completely happy with the quality and appearance of our invitations. To encourage this, we are currently offering samples for only $1 each. If for some reason you are unhappy with the quality of our invitations and had not ordered a sample first, Adorn Invitations will hold no responsibility to provide you with a full refund.
Refunds can take up to 5 business days depending on your payment methods.
Adorn Wedding Invitations has accumulated a large collection of unique and original wedding invitation designs and accessories. These works may not be copied, duplicated, or recreated in part or in full. The rights to the design is attributable to Adorn Wedding Invitations and/or the Designer that created the design.
Your Data - Use and Protection
By placing your Order, you agree that we may store, process and use data collected from your Order Form for the purposes of processing your Order. If you so indicate on the appropriate section of your Order Form, by placing your Order you also agree that we may use such data, other than credit card details, in order to provide you with information from time to time on other our Products that may be of interest to you. If any data held by us concerning you is incorrect, we will correct it on your written request. Please refer to our Privacy Statement.
Images and Material Submitted by You
Any materials submitted by you, including (without limitation) photographs, images, text, graphics and other materials (collectively, "User Submitted Materials") are subject to the following terms and conditions:
Credit Card Fraud
Whilst Adorn Wedding Invitations employs the latest in Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology software for its transactions with our customers, Adorn Wedding Invitations will not be responsible for any damages, consequential losses (whether direct or indirect) suffered by a customer whose credit card is fraudulently used or is used in an unauthorised manner.
BY ORDERING PRODUCTS OR USING SERVICES, OR BY OTHERWISE INDICATING ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND REVIEWED THESE TERMS IN THEIR ENTIRETY, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS, AND THESE TERMS CONSTITUTE BINDING AND ENFORCEABLE OBLIGATIONS TO YOU.
